What are the "organizational pain points"?
Organizational pain points are situations and problems that hinder effective and creative development and, because we only treat their symptoms, recur again and again in the course of an organization's functioning.
In May 2022, during our partner meeting in the Netherlands, project partners held an exciting workshop to analyse community programme organisations, describe how they operate and brainstorm potential pain points based on their preliminary assessments. The next step will be for each partner organisation to develop a list focused on a specific operational area, which will be evaluated with external partners. The final list will be drawn up at the next partners' meeting in Miercurea Ciuc and will form the basis of the action plan for the 40 pain points.
